It was only natural that Sydney merged her two loves when creating Flex All Day: Fitness & Fashion! As a self-proclaimed legging connoisseur, Sydney wears her daily uniform proudly as she chauffeurs her two kids around town, tries all the coolest fitness spots in DC, MD & VA, and attempts to keep everything else running somewhat smoothly. The stars aligned when Flex All Day came to be and Sydney takes her job of bringing the BEST athleisure to the DC/Bethesda area VERY seriously!
