All Returns (In-store and Online)
All accepted returns are for Flex All Day credit only. We do not issue refunds.
- Flex All Day credit for accepted returns will be provided through a Gift Card, which can be redeemed in-store or online at www.flexallday.com.
- We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in new, sellable condition with tags intact within 30 days of purchase.
Customer must provide proof of purchase with a printed or emailed receipt or gift receipt.
All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
- Flex All Day does not accept returns for items purchased at other retailers, including items purchased directly from the brands we carry.
If you’re not able to return your item in person at our store, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return shipping label.
- Once you’ve received a shipping label, mail your item(s) along with your receipt, full name, and email address to:

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return once received. We will then refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) to store credit upon receipt. For mailed returns, we will contact you via email to notify you once your store credit is available.
Flex All Day is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- While we’re happy to help you exchange an item for another item in-person at our store, we are not able to facilitate exchanges via mail at this time.
Flex All Day does not offer price-matching at this time.
